1992 911 Turbo
A surprise result for a decent 3.3-liter 964 Turbo

When the 964 Turbo debuted for the 1991 model year, Porsche’s new turbocharged engine wasn’t quite ready, so the company carried over and updated the proven 3.3-liter turbocharged flat-six from the outgoing 930 Turbo. Producing ~315 horsepower, it paired old-school turbocharged punch with the far more modern 964 platform, which brought coil-spring suspension, ABS brakes, power steering, and improved aerodynamics. In 1993, Porsche finally introduced the 3.6-liter Turbo, but the earlier 3.3-liter cars remain special in their own right, combining the raw, lag-heavy character of the 930 with the refinement and usability of the 964 generation.
This 1992 911 Turbo came finished in Black over Cashmere Beige leather and showed just 28,000 miles. A nice-looking example, it was a little light on pictures in the gallery, though paint meter readings were included. Service history was limited to what appeared on the CarFax, with the most recent entry recorded in December 2025. One detail that caught my eye was the seller noting that they had added exactly zero miles during their ownership, something I sure as heck couldn’t do if this was sitting in my garage.
Over the past twelve months, 3.3-liter 964 Turbo values have averaged $273,600, with a low of $187,214 and a high of $405,000 for a 16,000-mile Turquoise Metallic example sold in March. Estimates put our Spotlight Car in the $247,300 to $360,400 range, and I figured it would land somewhere in the middle, as color and documentation tend to go a long way. I was way off. It surpassed every comp but the Turquoise car, hammering at a final bid of $381,000.
