1994 911 Carrera 4 Widebody 5-Speed

This Turbo-bodied Carrera 4 beat comps despite higher mileage

The 964 Carrera 4 Widebody traces its roots to the 1993 911 “30 Jahre” Anniversary model, a Carrera 4 fitted with the Turbo’s widebody and limited to 911 units worldwide. While that special edition was not offered in the US, Porsche followed up in 1994 with the Carrera 4 Widebody for the North American market. Aside from standard US-market equipment differences, it was effectively the same car, and with just 267 examples delivered to North America, it remains one of the rarest non-Turbo widebody 964 variants.

This 1994 911 Carrera 4 Widebody 5-Speed came finished in Guards Red over a Black leather interior and showed 126,000 miles. The suspension was updated in 2025 with Eibach springs and Bilstein dampers, and the car featured Web Cam 20/21 camshafts along with an aftermarket muffler. Recent service in 2025 was extensive, including rocker resurfacing, resealing the rocker shafts and timing chain housings, valve adjustment, distributor rebuilds, powdercoated engine tins, and replacement of numerous wear items, resulting in a very well-kept and properly sorted example.

Over the past twelve months, 964 Carrera 4 Widebody values have averaged $205,111, with a low of $180,000 and a high of $230,333. While our Spotlight car was on the higher side mileage-wise, its condition and the depth of recent work couldn’t be ignored, with estimates placing it in the $160,000–185,000 range. It ultimately outperformed those expectations, selling at a final bid of $205,000.
