1995 911 Carrera Coupe 6-Speed
The last of the air-cooled 911s keep on keeping on with another solid sale

The fourth generation of 911, the 993, was was quite the step up from the 964 that preceded it as every part of the car was designed from the ground up, including the engine. Penned by designer Tony Hatter, the 993 featured more pronounced arches along with smoother front and rear bumpers creating an iconic look in the process. Most importantly, though, the 993 marked the end of Porsche’s air-cooled models.
This 1995 911 Carrera Coupe 6-Speed came finished in Grand Prix White over a Cashmere leather interior and showed 46,000 miles on the odometer. It looked to be in nice condition from the images in the gallery and came with a stack of service records although no paint meter readings were present. Overall, a very nice first-year 993 in solid condition.
Over the past twelve months 993 Coupes have averaged $87,900 with a low of $51,500 and a high of $171,933 for a 17,622-mile example fitted with Porsche’s X51 option. We’ve seen a handful of mileage comps top the $100,000 mark, but most have been in the $80-100k range. Our Spotlight car joined the “topped” crew, selling at a final bid of $107,000. Solid sale considering this was an earlier model and pictures were a bit sparse, but nothing too crazy. 993s keep on keeping on.
