2007 911 Turbo Coupe 6-Speed Modified
This modified 997 Turbo brought the power, and the bids

Introduced in 2006 at the Geneva Motorshow, the 997 Turbo marked a significant evolution in the 911 lineup as it was the first gasoline-powered production car to use Variable Turbine Geometry (VTG) turbochargers to push its 3.6-liter flat-six to 473 bhp and 502 lb-ft of torque. Other new features included an the optional Sport Chrono Package Turbo that allowed the car to overboost from 1.0 bar to 1.2 bar for ten seconds increasing peak torque over the RPM range.
This 2007 911 Turbo Coupe 6-Speed came finished in Midnight Blue Metallic over a Black leather interior and showed 36,500 miles on the odometer. It came well-optioned from the factory with PCCB brakes, Sport Chrono Package Turbo, Sport Shifter, Adaptive Sport Seats, and more. Add to that, the car was modified with 20” Champion Motorsports RF67 wheels, Gemballa carbon hood, an Akrapovic header-back exhaust, ECU tune, and Sachs “Stage 2” clutch.
Typically, modifications don’t usually translate into higher prices when it comes to modern Turbos, but such was not the case with our Spotlight car. Mileage comps had this one somewhere on either side of the $108,400 average, plus or minus $10k. But it sold at a very impressive final bid of $134,997. At least two bidders really, really wanted this build. Well sold.
