2010 GT3 RS

Quite the premium for a lack of Red on this GT3 RS

The 997.2 GT3 RS, introduced for the 2010 model year, built on the already hardcore GT3 formula with even more focus on track performance. Power rose to 450 hp from a new 3.8-liter flat-six, paired with a six-speed manual featuring shorter ratios for sharper acceleration. Weight was trimmed further, while wider bodywork, a larger rear wing, and revised suspension components delivered more downforce and grip than the standard GT3. Developed to homologate the 911 GT3 RSR race car, the 997.2 GT3 RS stood as the most extreme naturally aspirated 911 of its era.

This 2010 911 GT3 RS is one of 541 examples built for the U.S. market, finished in Gray Black with matching RS graphics over a black leather and Alcantara interior. Showing just 12k miles, it was optioned with PCCB ceramic brakes, Front Axle Lift, Sport Chrono, and Motor Sound Plus. Tasteful upgrades include a GMG Racing World Challenge center exhaust section and Sport headers. Service records note a starter replacement in 2019 and an oil change in April 2025. The listing is accompanied by extensive documentation, with detailed photos, paint meter readings, service records, and a DME report.

Over the past twelve months, 997.2 GT3 RS models have averaged $328,100, with a low of $251,000 and a high of $575,000. Recent mileage comps included a 10k-mile Grey Black with Red accent car that sold in January for $329,888 and a similarly specced 18k-mile example that brought $337,250 just two days ago. Against that backdrop, our Spotlight car soared past the comps, selling at a final bid of $420,997. I guess non-Red wheels and graphics are hot?
