2014 911 50th Anniversary Edition

The market is making moves for the 50th Anniversary 911

The 2014 911 50th Anniversary Edition made its world debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2013 and was limited to 1,963 units in honor of the 911’s 1963 debut year. Built to celebrate five decades of the model, it combined the wider bodywork of the Carrera 4S with rear-wheel drive and sat 10 mm lower than a standard Carrera. Visual highlights included 20-inch alloys inspired by the original Fuchs wheels and classic Pepita cloth seat centers, while standard equipment featured the X51 Powerkit for an extra 30 horsepower, along with Sport Chrono and PASM active suspension management.

This 2014 911 50th Anniversary Edition was number 392 of the 1,963 cars produced and was finished in Graphite Gray over a Black leather interior with Pepita inserts. It showed just 11,000 miles and was optioned with PDK, PDCC Dynamic Chassis Control, a sunroof, Adaptive Sport Seats, and additional equipment. Overall, it presented as a very nice one-owner example with documented service history reflected on the CarFax.

Over the past twelve months, 911 50th Anniversary Edition values have averaged $142,875, with a low of $134,500 and a high of $150,000 set by an 8,000-mile example in similar specification sold last April. Our Spotlight car moved the needle higher, selling at a final bid of $153,000, suggesting these 50th Anniversary cars are continuing to trend upward.
