2015 911 Carrera GTS 7-Speed

End of an Era

If you attended my Tech Tactics presentation over the weekend, you’ll know that I consider the 991.1 GTS to be an “end of an era” car as it is the final normally aspirated non-GT 911 before the switch to turbocharged power with the 991.2 generation. But what made this 2015 911 Carrera GTS 7-Speed even more special, was the fact that it wore a factory Aerokit.

Finished in Carrara White over a Black/Carine Red GTS-spec interior along with Burmester, PASM, PCCB brakes, Carbon Steering Wheel, Premium Plus Package, and more for an original MSRP of $154,905. Overall, the car looked to be in very good condition with detailed photos in the gallery including a DME report, paint meter readings, and recent service work. The only downside (and I’m being picky here) was the 31,000 miles on the odometer, which were up there with the highest we’ve seen in the last five years.

During the past five years though, manual GTS Coupes have gone from an average of just over $100,000 in mid-2020 to over $120,000 today. Our Spotlight car sold right about average at a final bid of $118,250. It may have had above average miles, but it was an above average spec, and in a rising 991.1 GTS market, I’d call this one a fair deal for a great-looking example.
