2016 911 Carrera GTS Club Coupe

Club Blau-POW! A new five-year high for mileage, and price

The 2016 Porsche 911 Carrera GTS Club Coupe was built to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Porsche Club of America, with just 60 examples produced exclusively for the U.S. market. Commissioned by Porsche Cars North America and finished by Porsche Exclusive, all units were painted in a unique “Club Blau” color and equipped with the SportDesign aerokit, including a ducktail spoiler. Though not individually numbered, each car featured PCA-specific touches such as “Club Coupe” decals on the doors, “60” embossed on the armrest, and special interior trim noting the anniversary. Built on the wide-body, rear-wheel-drive GTS platform, they were offered with either a manual or PDK transmission, making them one of the most enthusiast-focused 991 variants available.

This 2016 911 Carrera GTS Club Coupe is one of the 60 PCA-commissioned examples finished in Club Blau over Black leather and Alcantara. It shows 31,000 miles and is equipped with a PDK transmission. Notable maintenance includes a serpentine belt replacement three years ago and an oil change completed in September 2024. The sale includes a clean Carfax, service records, and a factory Club Coupe car cover.

Our Spotlight Car was the highest-mileage GTS Club Coupe we’ve seen in five years, yet it managed to set a new high-water mark for the model with a final bid of $170,000. That result outpaced the previous two sales: a 7,429-mile example that brought $150,000 in September 2024 and a 2,900-mile car that reached $162,500 in August 2023. A strong showing that really has me wondering what a 6-speed would go for these days as every sale I have on record is for a PDK car.
