2016 911 Carrera GTS Rennsport Reunion Edition

This special 911 had everything going for it, and it paid off

Unveiled in celebration of the fifth Rennsport Reunion, the 2016 Porsche 911 Carrera GTS Rennsport Reunion Edition is a rare, U.S.-only special built by Porsche Exclusive and limited to just 25 units. Finished in Fashion Grey with bold black and red decals across the hood, roof, and decklid, it rides on gloss-black 20-inch Sport Classic wheels with additional black accents throughout. Inside, Carmine Red stitching and accents contrast with carbon fiber trim, and the center console lid is embossed with the Rennsport Reunion V logo. Powered by a 430-hp 3.8L flat-six paired exclusively with a manual transmission, this GTS sprints to 60 mph in 4.2 seconds and tops out at 190 mph, making it as quick as it is collectible.

This 2016 911 Carrera GTS Rennsport Reunion Edition shows just 1,100 miles and presents in excellent condition inside and out, with supporting documentation that includes detailed photos, paint meter readings, and comprehensive service records in the gallery showing a major service performed in 2022 that included new spark plugs, air filters, serviced seals and body drains, as well as a battery replacement and oil change ahead of the sale. It also received recall service for a heat shield in 2020. Factory options include Adaptive Sport Seats Plus, LED headlights in Black, a BOSE audio system, and more, bringing the original MSRP to $148,335.

Over the last twelve months, we’ve seen two other Rennsport Reunion Editions cross the block, but both failed to sell at bids of $166,000 and $185,000. To find a successful sale, you have to go back to April of 2024, when a 1,500-mile example sold for $198,000. With similar mileage, estimates for our Spotlight car sat in the $190–210,000 range, and it delivered, selling right at the top with a final bid of $210,000.
