2017 911 Carrera S Coupe 7-Speed

Quite the number for this 991.2

The 991.2 generation 911 was unveiled at the Frankfurt International Motor Show in September 2015, with market launch beginning in December, and marked a turning point for the standard Carrera lineup. For the first time, Porsche replaced the naturally aspirated engines with a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged flat-six from the 9A2 engine family, increasing power by 20 horsepower across the range and delivering significantly more torque, up to 331 lb-ft in the Carrera and 368 lb-ft in the Carrera S from just 1,700 rpm. Subtle but effective styling updates accompanied the mechanical shift, including revised front and rear bumpers, vertical engine cover slats for improved cooling, and updated three-dimensional taillights.

This 2017 911 Carrera S Coupe 7-Speed was finished in Graphite Blue Metallic over a Black leather interior and showed 26,000 miles. It was nicely optioned with the Premium Package Plus, Sport Package, and additional equipment, bringing the original MSRP to $122,880. Overall, it presented as a very nice example with a clean CarFax and consistent service history.

Over the past twelve months, 991.2 Carrera S Coupe values have averaged $96,000, with a low of $80,000 and a high of $121,991 set by a 6,200-mile Lava Orange car equipped with the factory Aerokit. Mileage comps placed our Spotlight car in the $100,000–115,000 range, but it exceeded that, selling at a final bid of $118,000. A notable result given the mileage, and not far off a far higher-specced, lower-mile example at the top of the market.
