2024 911 GT3 RS Tribute to Carrera RS

Are collectors finally catching on to this 2.7 RS Tribute?

Unveiled during the 2022 Sebring 12 Hour, the 911 GT3 RS Tribute to Carrera RS Package is a U.S.-only, 150-unit celebration of the iconic 1973 911 Carrera RS 2.7. The special edition features standout Exclusive Manufaktur touches like Python Green magnesium wheels, mirror caps, and side graphics, with “PORSCHE” script under the rear wing and a GT3 RS graphic on the bumper. The wing endplates feature a unique RS logo with an American flag motif. Each example was delivered with a Porsche Design watch and a suite of matching accessories, including a fitted car cover, green RS valve stem caps, keycaps, license plate frames, and two 1:43 scale models - one of the original RS, the other a replica of the new car.

This 2024 911 GT3 RS Tribute to Carrera RS showed 2,000 miles and was finished in White with Python Green accents. Inside, it featured Black leather and Race-Tex upholstery with Mamba Green stitching. Options included the Front Axle Lift System, extended-range fuel tank, BOSE Surround Sound, LED-Matrix Design headlights in black, and Exclusive Design taillights for an original MSRP of $346,310.

Only two examples of the 911 GT3 RS Tribute to Carrera RS have sold publicly in the last year: one with 1,100 miles and the other with just 92. They averaged $415,065, with a high of $424,242. Despite showing 2,000 miles, our Spotlight car outperformed both, hammering at $425,000. A new high-water mark, and perhaps a signal that these Tribute cars are finally getting the recognition they deserve in a sea of PTS highs.
